Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) at our outpatient treatment center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster connection and shared experiences among clients, encouraging open dialogue and peer support.
• Providing one-on-one therapy, conducting thorough assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Your clients will primarily consist of young adults facing mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to transitional challenges associated with early adulthood. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The remuneration for this full-time position ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
