We are looking for a Certified Peer Specialist Consultant to join our team at Wisdo as an Independent Contractor (1099). The Certified Peer Specialist Consultant will support member engagement throughย onboarding, peer-based interactions, and ongoing check-ins

This is a remote position based in the United States. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

What You'll Do

  • Supporting members in understanding how to use key features, including peerย conversations, coaching sessions, communities, and content ย 
  • Facilitating peer support conversations to encourage engagement and connection ย 
  • Conducting check-in sessions with members to review platform recommendationsย and suggest relevant resources ย 
  • Guiding members toward appropriate Wisdo offerings and, when relevant, externalย services ย 
  • Sharing general observations and insights from member interactions ย 

About Youย 

  • Certified Peer Specialist (required) ย 
  • Experience in peer support, mental health, recovery, or related areas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills ย 
  • Ability to engage individuals in a supportive, non-clinical manner ย 
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment ย 

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The hourly rate for this role is $25 an hour. Estimated 20 hours per week.
