Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to fully understand client mental health issues and design effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions aimed at enhancing clients' overall well-being and personal development.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and continuously monitor their progress towards these goals.
• Utilize teletherapy solutions to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those residing in underserved areas.
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of client sessions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals and families navigating various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, marital issues, and relational dynamics. As an LMFT, you will work primarily with clients facing complex emotional and mental health concerns, assisting them in their journey toward recovery and healthier relationships. Qualifications

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Ability to approach client interactions with empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude.
• Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage client caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly within outpatient practice.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and online counseling methodologies.
• Background in treating specific populations, such as children, couples, or individuals with trauma histories.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, which is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
