• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices to inform individualized treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that may include modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all clinical interactions, treatment plans, and client progress, adhering to HIPAA regulations and internal standards for quality assurance.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care efforts to deliver holistic support and share insights that enrich client care.
• Facilitate regular case reviews and participate in ongoing education to ensure prompt adaptation of clinical techniques and adherence to the latest best practices in mental health treatment.
• Offer educational resources and support to clients and their families, promoting understanding of mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources that can aid in recovery.

You will work with a diverse client base, focusing on individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other psychological challenges. Your role will involve providing compassionate and individualized care to help clients navigate their mental health journeys while fostering hope and resilience.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of therapeutic interventions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
