• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the specific needs of each student.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, to effectively address and support the mental health needs of students.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in collaborative care by participating in regular case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings, enhancing the quality of care provided.
• Educate and empower students and their families by providing them with vital information about mental health resources, coping strategies, and support systems.
• Stay current with developments in mental health research, applying new findings to improve treatment outcomes for clients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage with a diverse clientele of students dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Your work will directly impact their ability to succeed academically and socially, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy and mental health counseling.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
