About the role

LeasingOS is a fast-growing product within JLL's leasing technology portfolio, and we are scaling our product and support function rapidly as we extend it across the business. • Conducting detailed quality review of abstracted lease data, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues to maintain a high standard of accuracy and service

  • Resolving recurring user queries through our support channels, providing consistent, professional and timely responses
  • Managing broker expectations on abstraction timelines, handling time-sensitive conversations with professionalism and care
  • Supporting stakeholder communication on topics including pricing and product vision

Sounds like you?

  • Experience in lease abstraction or lease administration, with the demonstrated ability to spot issues and discrepancies in lease data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality of work and service
