As the Market Manager, Microelectronics within our Process Filtration Product & Technology group, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Donaldson's future. This highly visible position puts you at the center of innovation-supporting critical markets including Microelectronics, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and Data Centers-where performance, reliability, and cutting-edge solutions matter most.
You'll help drive Donaldson's next phase of growth by leading product development efforts that turn customer needs into impactful, revenue-generating solutions. Qualified candidates must live within the United States and be able to work at our Bloomington, MN office or a remote schedule.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Bring subject matter expertise for the breadth of wet process applications across the Microelectronics segment including semiconductor chips manufacturing, PCB manufacturing and other electronics plating operations
  • Lead efforts to generate a data driven market and product strategy across the Microelectronics market, aligning short-term execution with long term growth and profitability objectives
  • Work with commercial, technical and business leaders to develop and maintain a central product roadmap that clarifies prioritization and timing of product launches
  • Develop justified business cases for new product development
  • Articulate and document product value proposition with heavy emphasis on quantitative value creation for the customer
  • Support creation of tools, training and sales collateral to accelerate market launch effectiveness.
  • Maintain perspective on product strategy for adjacent markets & capable of leveraging solutions across multiple markets to benefit the larger organization
  • Identify trends in portfolio profitability / volume changes to commercial & operational leaders
  • Support data integrity efforts across Master Data / Attribute fields within ERP database
  • Support Master Data / Attribute decision making
  • Provide functional guidance & mentoring for other product managers in the organization
  • Maintain current knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and events of note

Travel: Up to 20%
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years in the microelectronics or semiconductor industry

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated history of market and product strategy success
  • Masters or MBA degree
  • Strong understanding of market and product portfolio management concepts including market segmentation, new product definition, and business case development
  • Microelectronics experience, with a strong preference toward direct life wet process filtration background

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Annual Salary Range: $112,500 - 147,600. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
