This position is intended to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your own home or any location that suits you best. However, our outpatient setting provides the convenience of a physical office space for team meetings and collaborative efforts. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement evidence-based individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, using interactive and engaging therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Regularly update treatment plans based on client feedback, progress, and evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

The ideal candidate will work with a broad range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. This role requires a commitment to understanding the unique needs and backgrounds of each client, addressing a diverse patient demographic, and adapting therapeutic modalities to better serve individual strengths and challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC).
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based counseling techniques and therapies relevant to mental health treatment.
• Adherence to ethical and legal standards of professional conduct, including maintaining client confidentiality.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and familiarity with digital health technologies.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus.
