1. Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the digital enablement strategy for Study and Agent Studio platforms, contributing to solution validation, adoption, and optimization across assigned clinical studies.
  • Implement structured enablement frameworks for training, onboarding, and adoption activities, ensuring consistent delivery across customer engagements.
  • Lead day-to-day customer interactions focused on digital readiness, platform adoption, and value realization, escalating complex issues to senior leadership as needed.
  • Support the Agentic AI program by coordinating implementation activities, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring alignment with value and quality objectives.
  • Communicate product releases and digital capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders, clearly translating features into operational impact and user benefits.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, and Training teams to support enablement-ready releases and surface usability or compliance feedback.
  • Contribute to product feedback loops by surfacing customer insights related to usability, explainability, and compliance requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support regulatory, validation, and quality activities for AI-enabled and agentic systems in GxP environments, working within established frameworks.
  • Mentor junior team members and subject-matter experts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for digital adoption challenges, resolving issues and coordinating escalations where required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

2. Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in digital health, life sciences technology, SaaS, or clinical research, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital enablement, technology adoption, or supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with eCOA, digital endpoints, or clinical trial technology platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled, automated, or agentic systems, preferably in regulated or GxP environments.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles supporting enterprise or global clients in a technology or clinical context.

3. Skills
  • Working knowledge of digital enablement practices, adoption frameworks, and change management principles.
  • Understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and digital validation in GxP environments.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles, release management, and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate digital and AI concepts clearly to clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive tasks to completion.

4. Education, Certifications, Licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree, MBA, or advanced scientific degree preferred.

5. Travel Requirements
As required to attend meetings, conferences, and customer engagements.
