Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and create individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based strategies.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual clients.
• Document clinical findings, treatment progress, and ongoing assessments with precision, ensuring all records comply with relevant regulations.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality care.
• Educate and support patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license in Virginia.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, specializing in psychotherapy.
• Strong proficiency in solution-based and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaborative problem-solving.
