We're a thriving clinic looking for a dedicated, motivated psychiatrist to join our team - whether you're looking for limited contract or part-time+ hours with room to expand in the future.

This role is built for a psychiatrist who wants to grow medication management services and help lead our advanced depression therapy programs, including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (Intranasal Ketamine), and ketamine treatments. You'll work alongside a skilled, collaborative team, with real opportunity to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of psychiatric services as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medication management services to our growing patient population
  • Oversee advanced depression therapy services (TMS, Spravato, and ketamine), ensuring quality of care and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with and supervise other psychiatry providers and medical/mental health professionals to enhance services clinic-wide
  • Offer remote patient care as needed to support accessibility and continuity of services
  • Help grow our patient base and lead initiatives that elevate the clinic's impact on the community
  • Support and mentor fellow team members to strengthen our psychiatric and medical services overall

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution, with a specialization in Psychiatry
  • Active and unrestricted Utah medical license (or ability to obtain one before start date)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active Controlled Substance License in Utah and DEA Registration
  • Experience with, or willingness to learn, TMS, Spravato, and ketamine treatment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a team-oriented mindset
  • Genuine interest in patient-centered care and advancing innovative mental health therapies

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation structure
  • Contract or part-time - we'll build the schedule around what works for you
  • Flexibility, including remote work options
  • Opportunity to lead and grow advanced therapy services
  • A supportive, collaborative, growth-focused work environment
  • The chance to make a real impact on patients' lives while stepping into a leadership role

If you're ready to help shape the future of mental health care, we'd love to hear from you!

Benefits

Full-time W2 employees working more than 32 hours per week are eligible for our benefits package after an eligibility and probationary period. Part-time employees are eligible for a smaller benefits package.

  • 401(k) with 3% match, 100% vested after 6 years
  • Yearly CME stipend
  • Cross-department coordination with speech therapists, clinical therapists, and ABA/OT providers
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
