• Establish and cultivate positive, trusting relationships with patients through effective communication and empathy, encouraging a supportive therapeutic alliance.
• Diagnose and treat a spectrum of mental health disorders, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique nuances of each patient's circumstances.
• Create individualized treatment plans that are aligned with the specific needs of each patient, taking into consideration their personal goals and any co-occurring issues.
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to provide ongoing counseling and treatment, adjusting strategies as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Perform continuous assessments to monitor patient progress, identifying any changes in mental health status and proactively responding to treatment needs.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a breadth of therapeutic modalities, and when necessary, referring clients to specialty services to enhance their care.
• Provide crisis intervention, conducting thorough assessments and offering immediate support for patients experiencing emotional distress, ensuring their safety and stability.

You will be working with a diverse patient population that spans various demographics and presenting issues. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating your capability in managing a variety of mental health conditions.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records, document processing, email communication, and spreadsheet management.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with ever-changing priorities while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential; proficiency in English is required.

Experience with telehealth systems and platforms will be advantageous, as will familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic approaches suited to patient needs. Strong teamwork capabilities and an ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
