As a full-time mental health counselor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional telehealth services to our clients in Bend, Oregon. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status and provide tailored mental health care.
• Develop personalized therapy plans using evidence-based treatment methodologies that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Regularly meet with patients to monitor their progress and provide ongoing support, coping strategies, and resources to help them navigate their challenges.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, discussing treatment plans, medication management, and adjustments as necessary.
• Offer formal training and mentorship to clinical staff, sharing knowledge on best practices and innovative therapy techniques.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will be tasked with employing culturally competent methodologies that respect and respond to the varied backgrounds and life experiences of your patients, making diversity an integral part of your therapeutic approach.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited program, ensuring high standards of clinical training.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health services, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapy practices.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications to document patient interactions and treatment plans efficiently.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with patients across various backgrounds.

• Experience in individual and group therapy settings, particularly using inclusive and culturally responsive approaches to various populations.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based interventions to foster client growth and recovery.
• Previous involvement in a collaborative healthcare team and an understanding of confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
