• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individualized evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and concerns accurately.
• Create and implement effective treatment plans that are based on established therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situations.
• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions, applying specialties that align with client goals and preferences, and adjusting approaches as needed based on progress.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and maintain consistent monitoring of their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients preferring virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience in receiving vital support.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, showcasing our commitment to professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and remain current with emerging mental health practices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges. You will play a significant part in their recovery journey, offering compassion and understanding while employing evidence-based strategies to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Possession of a current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of a safe, trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Strong empathetic approach, exhibiting compassion and a non-judgmental attitude toward each client’s experiences.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, supporting effective management of caseloads and associated administrative duties.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or private practice setting is preferable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a proactive approach to applying them in counseling sessions is beneficial.
• Experience in providing teletherapy and comfort with digital platforms used for client communication.

• The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent on experience and caseload management.
