• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to patients suffering from various conditions including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' emotional and social functioning to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and cultural background of each patient.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on individual responses and feedback from health teams.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, facilitating their understanding and engagement in the recovery process.
• Uphold professional standards of practice by ensuring confidentiality and obtaining informed consent for all services provided.

The LCSW will work primarily with diverse populations in the Fresno community, addressing a wide array of mental health issues across different age groups and backgrounds. Your efforts will play a vital role in reducing mental health stigma, engaging patients in their treatment journeys, and ensuring they have access to community resources that promote recovery and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience providing mental health services in clinical settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective relationships with patients and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills to handle diverse presentations of mental health challenges.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and related healthcare software for managing patient information.
• A solid understanding of mental health conditions and the implications for patients' daily lives.
• Commitment to ethical standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.

• Experience in a community health setting, particularly working with diverse populations that experience barriers to care.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and operational practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote patient interactions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package including:
