Hiring for all shifts: Day & Night shifts Available| Fully Remote | TX license preferred  

Only PMHNPs with 2 years of consult-liaison clinical experience post PMHNP-BC will be considered for this opportunity. 

Are you a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with consult-liaison expertise? Iris Telehealth is actively hiring Consult-Liaison PMHNPs to support emergency department and inpatient teams with high-quality psychiatric evaluations and consultations—all from the comfort of your home. 

About the Role: 

  • Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED 

  • Compensation: 1099 - $120/hr - robust pay structure (productivity-based to maximize earnings) 

  • Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred) 

  • Schedule: 13-16 shifts per month—3-4 weekend shifts required

Qualifications: 

  • An active PMHNP license in the state of Texas is preferred  

  • Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience in consult liaison in IP/ER/ED settings required 

  • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ for ED/ER consults 

  • PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)   

  • Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels  

  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
