• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools to accurately gauge clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and preferences of each client, continuously evaluating and adapting them as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute emotional distress, applying de-escalation strategies and therapeutic techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Educate clients on mental health topics, equipping them with practical coping strategies and guiding them towards community resources that support their recovery journey.
• Maintain detailed, confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, all while adhering to legal and ethical standards within the field.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing mental health practices, safeguarding client confidentiality and informed consent at all times.
• Demonstrate cultural competence by understanding and respecting the diverse backgrounds of clients, offering inclusive support that meets their unique needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

You will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing their own mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of developmental stages, therapeutic techniques appropriate for each age group, and the ability to create a safe, trusting environment where clients feel empowered to share and heal.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Proven clinical experience demonstrating competencies in various therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
