Anchor Counseling & Education Solutions, LLC is a trusted and highly rated provider of special education related services for K-12 schools throughout California. We are urgently seeking a CA Certified Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team! You will provide Speech-language services and evaluations for students enrolled in K-12 educational settings in group or individual settings.


We are looking for an collaborative and experienced Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team. As an SLPA you will contribute to the positive impact on students' communication skills and academic achievements. Responsibilities:

• Therapy, Evaluations, IEP development, and multi-disciplinary consultation

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of the licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

• Provide direct services to students in both individual and group settings to address speech and language deficits

• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into the students' educational plans

• Assist in monitoring and documenting the progress of students receiving speech-language services

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sessions, progress notes, and communication with stakeholders

• Work closely with other speech language pathology assistants to ensure effective communication and collaboration with parents, teachers, and administrators

• Seek ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as an SLPA

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or a Bachelor’s in: Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) CA License

Working Conditions:

• Minimum 20 - 25 hours per week availability between the hours of 8am - 5pm

• Remote / Virtual
