Job description

Our headquarters are in Springville, Utah, but this position is a remote position - ALL applicants MUST reside in one of the following Braintree work states to be considered for position: ID, IN, MS, ND, OK, TN, UT, WY

The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will provide remote speech-language therapy services under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. In this virtual role, the SLPA will support students—primarily those with communication disorders—by following individualized education plans, conducting teletherapy sessions, and monitoring student progress toward IEP goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide one-on-one or group speech-language therapy sessions via zoom/google platforms, following goals and protocols outlined by the supervising SLP
● Support the SLP in implementing individualized education plans using digital tools and materials.
● Collect and document data on student performance and progress during virtual sessions
● Maintain regular communication with the supervising SLP regarding student status, challenges, and improvements
● Prepare and organize virtual therapy materials and activities before each session
● Provide support to parents, caregivers, or educators as needed to enhance carryover of speech and or language skills
● Attend remote supervision, team meetings, and professional development training as required
● Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Completion of an SLPA program from a regionally or nationally accredited institution
● Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with required SLPA training.
● Active SLPA license in the state(s) of practice.
● Familiarity with online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google, or similar)
● Strong computer skills to access to a reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, and quiet/private workspace
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Preferred: Experience with providing teletherapy session

Physical Requirements:
