Your role

  • Leading a team of project managers, youll work with customers and partners to deliver sophisticated security, access control, and CCTV solutions on-time, on-spec, and on-budget.
  • The focus will be on the project and financial controls, as well as collaborating with our engineering teams and suppliers to keep progress firmly on track.
  • As a company, we believe in doing whatever it takes to look after our customers. Project managements a valued enabler of this, so its a great place to practice your profession.
  • Much of your work will be office-based, here at the HQ in California, but be prepared for travel to meet customers, as well as remotely managing your team.

You

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Security industry
  • Ideally, PMP cert from the Project Management Institute
  • An impressive record of managing complex, high-value projects within the security industry
  • Proven experience in effectively managing teams
  • Excellent leader, presenter, and organizer who can maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Experience and/or certifications in Lenel and Software House
  • Valid Drivers License
