Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist (Fully Remote)

The Dyrt

Portland, OR • On-site, Remote

$20/hr

Part-time

Posted 20 days ago

Job description

The Dyrt is the largest digital camping platform in the world and is the only camping app with all camping locations in the U.S. Every second, a new user visits The Dyrt to access our community-driven campground information.
If you are a camper who loves the outdoors and want to be part of a fast-growing consumer app, you're in the right place.
The Role:
The Dyrt is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our Advertising Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outbound prospecting, and creating new business opportunities.
Your main mission is simple: navigate LinkedIn, hunt down the right decision-makers, secure introductions, and book qualified meetings for our Senior Account Executives. If you know how to build clean prospect lists, craft sharp outreach messages, and keep a sales pipeline moving, this role is for you.
24 hours/week | Monday-Wednesday
Key Responsibilities:
Working under the direction of the Lead Generation Manager, you will execute outbound sales campaigns and help grow our qualified sales pipeline.

Outreach (Primary Responsibility)
  • Contact Discovery: Find accurate contact details and get past gatekeepers to secure warm introductions and initial conversations.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through LinkedIn and email to generate qualified meetings for Senior Account Executives.
  • Activity Goals: Consistently hit daily outreach targets and performance metrics.

Handoff & CRM Management
  • Sales Handoff: Quickly route qualified leads and booked meetings to assigned Senior AEs, ensuring context and contact history are seamlessly passed over.
  • Pipedrive Management: Keep company, contact, and interaction records accurate and up-to-date in Pipedrive.
  • Reporting: Support the Lead Generation Manager by maintaining accurate activity data and weekly reporting metrics.

Working Here:
With over 300M annual impressions, The Dyrt is the only camping app with all of the public and private campgrounds, RV parks, and free camping locations in the United States, along with millions of user-generated campground reviews. The Dyrt is also the #1 advertising platform for brands looking to get in front of campers in the US. The Dyrt works with companies like Toyota, T-Mobile, Nature Bakery, and Smartwool, to help campers find their next adventure.
The Dyrt is built by campers, for campers. Whether you're new to the outdoors or have been sleeping under the stars for decades, what matters is that you share that passion. We pride ourselves on a team that is down-to-earth, driven to execute beyond expectations, and have a daily drive to win.
This is a part-time, remote position. Employees are expected to maintain high-speed internet and a professional working environment sufficient for clear video conferencing during standard working hours. Must work in a U.S. time zone. Our founders even work from their van.
The Dyrt is an equal opportunity workplace. We believe that the outdoors are for everyone, and are committed to building an inclusive platform and community that celebrates all people.
Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume.
