Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to integrate work-life balance while serving a diverse clientele. The flexibility associated with remote work allows for a better support system for clients, meeting their needs from the comfort of their home environment. Your daily hours will span Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring structured availability to your clients and other collaborators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
  • Deliver therapeutic services using various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are met.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
  • Demonstrated skills in solution-focused and trauma-informed psychotherapy interventions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and their families.
  • Proven ability to establish trust-based therapeutic relationships and guide clients through their mental health journeys with empathy.
