About the Role

CLA is currently seeking aSenior Palantir Engineerto join our Product Team. This role develops solutions that support business goals across a wide variety of applications and business processes. The Senior Palantir FoundryEngineer designs, builds, tests, documents,maintains, and supports applications using Palantir Foundry and related technologies.

This individual works with business users, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to understand requirements, solve complex problems, and deliver reliable solutions across CLA's portfolio of projects.

HowYou'llCreate Opportunities in This Role

  • Design and Development:Develop applications and solutions using Palantir Foundry and related technology platforms. Design, code, test, debug, document,maintain, andmodifyprograms, workflows, integrations, and high-complexity application components.

  • Foundry Platform Development:Build andmaintainFoundry applications, ontology-backed workflows, pipelines, functions, actions, interfaces, and integrations. Applyappropriate security, access, data lineage, and governance practices.

  • Testing and Documentation:Perform unit testing,assistin defining test plans, and create architectural and code-level documentation.

  • Maintenance:Ensure expected service levels are achieved.Identifyand manage integrations, configurations, standards, performance, and operational support needs.

  • Project Work:Assistwith cost and time estimates, define project tasks, complete work within agreed-upon deadlines, and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies early.

  • Client Service:Communicate effectively with business users, IT team members, vendors, management, and senior leaders to understand requirements, explore solutions, anddemonstratefunctionality.

Technical Competencies

  • Palantir Foundry:Develop and support applications using Foundry capabilities such as Workshop, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Functions, Actions, Code Repositories, security/access management, lineage, and deployment patterns.

  • Application Development:Develop maintainable solutions using modern development practices and technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.

  • Data and Integration:Design and support data models, transformations, integrations, data quality checks, and connections to enterprise systems, files, databases, and APIs.

  • Solution Design:Translate business requirements into practical application designs,identifytechnical risks, recommend solutions, and support development standards across project teams.

  • Agentic Development:Experience using different LLMs. Knowledge of different models, experience working with MCP, and familiarity with different agentic coding frameworks.

What You Will Need

  • Experience:4 years of relevant experiencerequired.6 years preferred

  • Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutionspreferred

  • Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.

  • Agentic development experience.

  • Education:Bachelor's degreerequired. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

  • Travel:This position requires <10% travel.

Technical Competencies

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The posted range represents the estimated compensation range across all eligible hiring locations.

The compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $220,000.
