Job description

SG2 Recruiting is supporting Ontologize and seeking Palantir subject matter experts to train government customers on Foundry and AIP. This role is ideal for someoneย who combines real platform experience and/or development with strong facilitation skills, a customer-first mindset,ย and the ability to operate with autonomy in fast-moving environments.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Delivering role-based instruction for analyst and engineering tracks

  • Leading live instructor-led sessions that translate Foundry AIP and Gotham concepts into practical workflows

  • Teaching to mixed-skill audiences while maintaining structure, clarity, and pace

  • Facilitating hands-on learning

  • Running labs, guided exercises, and troubleshooting in real time

  • Adapting instruction based on learner signals, questions, and progress.

  • Driving learner outcomes

  • Ensuring participants can apply skills immediately, not just understand concepts theoretically

  • Reinforcing best practices and helping learners build confidence in their ability to execute

  • Contributing to continuous improvement

  • Providing crisp field feedback to improve labs, examples, and course flow

  • Iterating on delivery methods to increase learner engagement and retention

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizen with ability to obtain and/or maintain active US Government Secret Clearance

  • Palantir platform experience; candidate must meet one of the following:

    • Two or more years of direct Palantir employment, or

    • Three to four or more years of hands-on experience working inside Palantir software in real operating environments

  • Demonstrated ability to develop in Foundry and AIP or Gotham (Maven) credibly.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%

  • Ability to commute to New York City, Washington, DC, San Francisco or San Diego office locations when not traveling

Itโ€™s A Plus If You Have This:

  • Ability to align instruction to role-based outcomes for analysts and engineers.

    • Analysts: workflow execution, analysis patterns, repeatable outputs

    • Engineers: implementation patterns, scaling considerations, practical troubleshooting

  • Prior experience delivering training, enablement, or technical facilitation in live settings.

  • Clear communicator who can structure concepts into teachable mental models.

  • Experience improving labs, writing guides, or building enablement assets
