• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing telehealth platforms, developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices and the individual needs of your clients.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, ensuring that your techniques are adapted for effective remote delivery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation compliant with all relevant regulations, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure privacy and quality care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual meetings to provide comprehensive care and share insights on patient progress.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings attended by various mental health professionals, aiming to enhance the quality of services provided.
• Educate clients and their support systems about mental health issues, promoting treatment options, community resources, and wellness strategies through digital platforms.
• Engage with ongoing professional development opportunities which include virtual conferences, webinars, and self-directed online learning to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Reconnect, you will work with a diverse population, addressing the needs of individuals and families experiencing various mental health issues. Your role is crucial in supporting clients through therapy sessions that focus on their unique backgrounds and experiences. You will aim to empower those facing challenges with anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and more, tailoring your approach to meet their individual requirements.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.
• At least two years of clinical experience specifically providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and adaptability to remote therapeutic practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients via virtual interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities to navigate the challenges of remote work and client engagement.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual team, enhancing collaborative efforts in patient care.

• Experience with trauma-informed care and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
• Prior exposure to using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress and document clinical care.
• Familiarity with conducting assessments and applying evidence-based practices in a remote setting.
