• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect information concerning the client’s mental health history, strengths, and challenges, effectively shaping treatment strategies.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring clients are engaged in their therapeutic process.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are client-centered, defining specific goals and interventions, while adapting strategies as necessary based on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and cohesive care management.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, performing risk assessments, safety planning, and providing immediate support to clients in emergency situations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation for all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to the continuity of care.
• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, empowering clients with knowledge and coping strategies to enhance their mental health.
