Work EnvironmentThis position operates within a community health clinic model, emphasizing collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans tailored to each client. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to create cohesive and effective treatment strategies.
- Monitor patients' progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to collect and analyze data related to client progress, ensuring that treatments adapt to client needs and support optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation relevant to treatment is up-to-date.
- Engage in continuous education by staying aware of current research trends and therapeutic best practices in the mental health field.
In this role, you will work with a diverse population comprising children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Our clients often face various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your expertise will help them navigate these difficulties and cultivate coping strategies that enhance their well-being and quality of life.
Qualifications- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a history of delivering effective behavioral health therapy.
- Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective rapport building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, allowing for efficient handling of multiple clients and documentation.
- Experience with clinical research, data collection, and the coding of therapy outcomes is beneficial but not required.
The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive benefits package, which includes:
