Help Utilities Improve Water Quality and Operational Performance

As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll own a high-impact territory, partnering with utilities, engineers, and industry leaders to improve compliance, optimize treatment processes, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy

• Identify and close opportunities with municipal water and wastewater customers

• Build relationships with operators, engineers, plant managers, consultants, and channel partners

• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer evaluations

• Drive specification activity and long-term account growth

• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and territory performance
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of customer-facing sales, business development, or technical sales experience

• Experience selling technical products, instrumentation, analytical equipment, automation, or water-related solutions

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage a large territory independently

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
