POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Own and execute the application portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable value (efficiency, cost, and user outcomes)
  • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve or transform operations through portfolio applications
  • Lead application lifecycle management (selection, implementation, enhancement, consolidation, and retirement) aligned to roadmap priorities
  • Monitor application performance, usage, data integrity, and risk metrics to drive continuous improvement, stability, and security
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, build business cases (ROI, productivity, cost savings), and prioritize initiatives
  • Oversee implementations, upgrades, and releases, including project management, stakeholder communication, user training, and adoption
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery, ensuring performance against SLAs, contracts, and budget expectations
  • Lead and develop team members while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality service delivery

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Requires 8+ years IT experience and 4+ years' experience working with Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing systems
  • Experience with MD-Staff, 1App, Origami, Diligent, LinkSquares or related softwares.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards such as ITIL, Project Management, Product Management, Agile Development and leading system migrations
  • Healthcare industry experience required
  • Hands on experience with AI is highly preferred

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00, Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
