 POSITION SUMMARY: 
  • Own and execute the application portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable value (efficiency, cost, and user outcomes) 
  •  Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve or transform operations through portfolio applications 
  •  Lead application lifecycle management (selection, implementation, enhancement, consolidation, and retirement) aligned to roadmap priorities 
  •  Monitor application performance, usage, data integrity, and risk metrics to drive continuous improvement, stability, and security 
  •  Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, build business cases (ROI, productivity, cost savings), and prioritize initiatives 
  •  Oversee implementations, upgrades, and releases, including project management, stakeholder communication, user training, and adoption 
  •  Manage vendor relationships and service delivery, ensuring performance against SLAs, contracts, and budget expectations 
  •  Lead and develop team members while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality service delivery 
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred 
  • Requires 8+ years IT experience and 4+ years' experience working with Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing systems
  • Experience with MD-Staff, 1App, Origami, Diligent, LinkSquares or related softwares.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards such as ITIL, Project Management, Product Management, Agile Development and leading system migrations
  • Healthcare industry experience required 
  • Hands on experience with AI is highly preferred

COMPENSATION: 
The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00, Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
