• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, focusing on each client's unique goals and challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities including individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling to promote healing and recovery.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to confidentiality and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with our team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and methodologies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our community health clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health disorders. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are committed to providing culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences and perspectives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities with a proven track record in diagnosing and treating mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathy and a genuine commitment to enhancing clients' well-being are crucial traits for success in this role.
• Proficiency in both independent work and collaborative teamwork within a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the ethical guidelines and legal standards governing mental health practices in Arizona.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience as a mental health therapist, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in providing therapeutic services.
• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling settings is highly regarded.
• Exposure to utilizing various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to address a wide range of client needs.
