Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to inform the development of tailored treatment plans. For instance, you may engage in intake interviews and utilize standardized assessment tools to gather vital information.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services via secure telehealth platforms. You will utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address specific client issues and concerns.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. You'll likely utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for streamlined documentation.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
