  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. You'll likely utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for streamlined documentation.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share best practices, and receive feedback aimed at improving service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and more. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will utilize culturally competent practices to ensure each individual receives personalized and respectful care that resonates with their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications

  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in remote communication; you must possess strong interpersonal skills that foster rapport and trust with clients via virtual platforms.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring a responsive approach tailored to each clientโ€™s circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for effectively managing multiple clients and documentation requirements remotely.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is advantageous, as it equips you to navigate the nuances of virtual client interactions.
  • Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic interventions and the flexibility to adapt your approach based on client feedback and treatment goals.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, offering comprehensive care that considers cultural contexts and personal backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance that covers medical, dental, and vision care to support your health and wellness.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday policy, encouraging employees to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including access to continuing education courses and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • An empowering work environment with ongoing supervision and support from seasoned professionals in the mental health field.
