Our Highly successfull Global Company is still growing and needs to hire a new Account Manager in Seattle or Oregon. This position is 100% remote but we want this field sales person to live in the Pacific Northwest.

They need to hire an Account Manager that already has experience selling Network Observability software products to Enterprise customers. They want to hire an Account Manager that has sold network-based solutions and has 10 + years of Enterprise Field sales experience. This Account Manager is selling Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM), AI/OPS  software products to Enterprise Customers in the territory.  Backgrounds:   hungry- see this company as a career advancement.  Looking for someone with a higher level of energy and business acumen that has experience selling high value complex solutions.  Hunter for new business.  We are looking for Strategic Solution Sellers with a Consultative Sales approach that listen to our customers problems.

Account Manager – Enterprise customers  -Pacific Northwest

 

•             Strong IT infrastructure/networking and field sales experience

•             Knowledge of Computer Networking, NPM, APM, Network Visibility / Observability software

•             Knowledge of major enterprise customers in the region  

•             Consultative sales at large enterprises (strategic seller)

This position has accounts in the Fortune 1,000 they need an individual who has experience selling in that space.

The profile below will hopefully further refine and narrow the field. They are looking for a Field Sales Account Manager with a stable background and deep enterprise accounts or ecosystem. 

 

Experience – 10 + years Enterprise Field sales - selling Complex Software Solutions.

 

BS Degree

Tenure - 3-5+ years at each job. Okay for occasional hops but pattern should be predominately good choices and success.

Prior exits - Able to articulate good logic to their progression from one position to next

Track record - Proven performer with documented attainment to quota for each of past 5 years

Technologies - Infrastructure management, service monitoring, Networking combined with security experience a big plus

Territory Knowledge - Able to name specific enterprise accounts where they have had success over time and have relevant recent relationships ( Fortune 1,000)

Selling style - Proven ability to hunt big-game new logos and manage and grow them over time

Drive - Handworker someone with grit and determination.

Ecosystem - Relevant, recent relationships and ability to self-manage deals but leverage channel and ecosystem partners for knowledge and funnel build
