Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: Oregon
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an Oregon-licensed LPC to provide professional counseling services through telehealth. This position involves direct clinical care for clients presenting with a range of mental health, behavioral, and life-related concerns.

The successful candidate will manage an assigned caseload, exercise independent clinical judgment, and maintain the documentation and follow-up required for ongoing treatment. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule within a fully remote care model.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
  • Establish treatment goals and appropriate care plans
  • Apply evidence-informed counseling interventions within the scope of licensure
  • Evaluate client response to treatment and modify interventions when clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Coordinate referrals or additional services when indicated
  • Protect client confidentiality and comply with Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements

Requirements

  • Must hold an active Oregon license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work
  • Comfortable providing services in a telehealth / remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently
