Becoming Transformed, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This position is remote, allowing flexibility for clinicians to manage their work-life balance while ensuring efficient service delivery through virtual therapy platforms. • Conduct detailed assessments to identify client needs and establish their therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual and couple therapy in a remote setting, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to improve client mental health and resilience.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results and ongoing client feedback.
• Document client progress and treatment protocols within 24 hours, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular team consultations and case reviews to enhance the quality of care and share insights on therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards in mental health practice.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Becoming Transformed, you will primarily work with adult individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help guide clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and personal development, making a lasting difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• Independent licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and remote health technologies to facilitate effective client interactions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a community health setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in therapy.
• Familiarity with team-based care approaches and an appreciation for a multidisciplinary practice environment.
