Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic models to promote client progress.
  • Utilize our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to provide secure and effective counseling sessions while maintaining confidentiality and client safety.
  • Implement treatment programs aimed at alleviating symptoms related to mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnosis issues.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical findings and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within our EHR system to facilitate follow-up and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
