• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique circumstances and create individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific requirements.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues while fostering a sense of community and shared healing among participants.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services during urgent mental health situations, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective support.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions and pathways toward recovery, offering guidance on treatment options and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure client privacy and data security.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives, contributing to a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health to integrate new findings into practice effectively.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. By focusing on personalized treatment plans and fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients, you play a crucial role in transforming their lives and helping them achieve emotional stability.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida, demonstrating your qualifications to practice.
• Rich knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and effective treatment strategies, allowing you to provide high-quality care.
• Proficient in conducting mental health assessments and formulating actionable treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Experience working with diverse groups offering individual and group therapy sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient in standard computer applications.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred, enhancing your capacity to address complex mental health challenges.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings, particularly in community health clinics, is highly desirable.
