Job Summary:
US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. They are looking for an experienced SAP Commissions (Callidus) Developer to support the design, configuration, and development of incentive compensation solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain SAP Commissions (Callidus) compensation plans and rules.
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures for data integration and ETL processes.
• Integrate data between SAP Callidus and database systems.
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports for operational and analytical reporting.
• Develop Unix shell scripts to automate recurring processes and system tasks.
• Support workflow configuration and organizational data integration within SAP Commissions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy across compensation processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience with SAP Commissions / SAP Callidus
• Good hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Experience with Crystal Reports development
