Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationship management workflow.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Oracle Fusion Procurement ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Purchasing, Supplier management.
• Configure and maintain Fusion application functionality across Procurement.
• Implement best practices for procurement.
• Ensure system integrity and optimal performance of the Procurement modules.
• Provide technical expertise for system enhancements and issue resolutions.
• Serve as the first point of contact of contact for Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Purchasing, Supplier management.
• Triage, prioritize, and route incoming issues related to Fusion application functionality across Procurement areas.
• Provide initial diagnosis and troubleshooting for Procurement module issues before escalation when necessary.
• Implement best practices for incident management and resolution in procurement and resolution in procurement processes.
• Ensure system integrity and optimal performance of the Procurement modules through proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with Application Manager and implementation team on support activities.
• Provide technical expertise for system to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for issues management.
• Monitor and report on issue trends to identify opportunities for system improvement.
Qualifications:
• 5+ Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically in the Procurement domain.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationship management workflow.
• Configuration and maintenance expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP.
