About the role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Oracle CPQ Commerce Developer to join our engineering/IT team within a global industrial manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) solutions that support the quoting and ordering of complex engineered products.
You will play a key role in enabling configuration-driven sales processes, integrating CPQ with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), and delivering a seamless user experience for internal stakeholders such as sales, engineering, and operations teams. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong experience in CPQ Commerce and core platform capabilities.
What you will do:
  • Design, implement, and maintain Configuration Models to support complex and engineered-to-order products
  • Configure and manage CPQ Data Tables, pricing rules, constraints, and validation logic
  • Develop and customize quote documents using Document Designer
  • Customize and optimize the CPQ user experience (UX)
  • Implement advanced customizations using JavaScript and scripting within CPQ
  • Build and support integrations within CPQ and with external systems (ERP, CRM, middleware)
  • Support Commerce functionalities, including quote-to-order flows and catalog management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into CPQ solutions
  • Test, validate, and troubleshoot configurations, integrations, and customizations
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and implementations
  • Support and train end users on CPQ functionality

What you bring:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud
  • Strong experience in CPQ Commerce processes and end-to-end implementations
  • Solid knowledge of: Configuration Models, CPQ Data Tables, Document Designer, Pricing and quoting logic.
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, web services, middleware)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript customization and CPQ scripting (BML preferred)
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Nice if you have:
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or complex product environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of guided selling, constraint rules, or advanced configuration logic
  • Exposure to data architecture, MDM, or enterprise integrations
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD practices in CPQ
  • Oracle CPQ certifications or similar credentials
