This role is fully remote, operating within a telehealth framework, which allows you to deliver care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. • Manage a personal caseload of clients, nurturing relationships built on trust, empathy, and professional integrity.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress, address challenges, and strategize next steps in their treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate and continually adjust person-centered treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining progress notes and treatment updates that adhere to the highest professional and legal standards.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and create initial treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing support through evidence-based practices that address the emotional and psychological needs of clients.
• Engage in individual supervision to refine clinical skills and foster professional development.
• Work synergistically with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance holistic care pathways.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication, including familiarity with RMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and email platforms such as Outlook.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in different contexts.

• Demonstrated competency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Experience in telehealth delivery and knowledge of virtual therapy tools and methodologies.
• Strong ability to collaborate with a variety of healthcare providers, enhancing multidisciplinary treatment approaches.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and contributions. We utilize a fee-for-service model that allows for financial stability and growth potential.
