The role is primarily remote, operating within a Telehealth framework that allows flexibility in scheduling while maintaining accessibility for our clients throughout Texas. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on client needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine clients’ needs, strengths, and areas requiring intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for diverse populations, promoting psychological well-being and healing.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster a sense of community and empower clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to each client's care.
• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring client safety.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and peer consultation.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and integrate new knowledge into your therapy methods.

The clients you will serve at Resilient Recovery Counseling Center vary in age and background, presenting with a spectrum of mental health issues. You will work closely with individuals, couples, and families, providing them with tailored strategies to navigate their challenges. Your role will be integral in guiding clients toward resilience and improved mental health outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Texas.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and experience in various therapeutic modalities is highly desired.
• Demonstrated capacity to engage in comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• An ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professional ethics and boundaries in all client interactions.
• A collaborative spirit that allows you to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team setting.

• Experience working with diverse populations and providing therapeutic services in an online environment.
• A background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health support.
• Proven ability to lead group therapy sessions and workshops effectively.
• Prior experience in telehealth counseling is advantageous but not mandatory.
