You will work within an outpatient office setting, utilizing the latest technologies to communicate with clients and colleagues. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs, abilities, and behaviors through interviews, observations, and standardized evaluation tools.
• Develop and integrate comprehensive treatment plans that include therapy modalities, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and skill training tailored to each individual's needs.
• Set achievable short-term and long-term treatment objectives that align with patients' progress and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in therapeutic dialogue that encourages patients to explore their emotions and behavioral patterns in a supportive environment.
• Design and supervise treatment programs for diverse issues, including mental health complexities like anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma, while also addressing acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all clinical services provided, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, including evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to identify and address potential psychosocial challenges, enhancing patient care through a multidisciplinary approach.
• Stay informed about relevant legislation pertaining to healthcare practices, actively advising management on regulatory compliance and best practices.

Your primary focus will be on managing a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with relational issues, mental health disorders, and chronic pain. You will apply various therapeutic approaches tailored to help clients improve their mental well-being and quality of life, while fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Must possess a current California LMFT license.
• Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent computer proficiency, including familiarity with standard tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, as it enables broader communication with our diverse client base.
