• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and preferences, ultimately following up with the design of personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers, to deliver holistic treatment and ensure continuity of care.

The clientele at Central Valley Counseling Center encompasses a broad spectrum, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clients may present with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas, in good standing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with other healthcare team members.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health issues is highly desirable.

Central Valley Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
