• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized and effective treatment plans that address their mental health needs.
• Facilitate the development of crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Complete all documentation accurately and within regulatory timelines to meet compliance standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively to gauge client progress and implement necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and execute positive behavior support plans that facilitate recovery and wellness.
• Serve as an effective liaison between clients, community partners, and state agencies, ensuring that every patient has access to the resources they need.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops, conferences, and meetings within your field.
• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Our counselors work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents navigating challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, and trauma recovery. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic strategies to address the individual circumstances of each client and collaborating closely with them to achieve their personal goals.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records accurately and prepare necessary reports.
• Proficiency in forming cooperative relationships within an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and facilitate discussions.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions based on clinical knowledge and ethical standards.

We highly value candidates with prior experience in outpatient counseling, as well as familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
