We have an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Health Records Specialist to join our team of talented professionals.


The Electronic Health Records Support Specialist is a fully remote position that is responsible for the completion, maintenance, and tracking of all EHR related activities having to do with documents and e-mails that are sent to them electronically from the Clinical units. This position involves a significant amount of data entry. The EHR Support Specialist are also responsible for ensuring all data is properly entered in real time into multiple EHR systems. EHR Support Specialists run the Support Help Desk. They must be Experts in all Practice Management EHR related functions. They must possess the skills necessary to problem solve and resolve data issues for clinical staff related to Data entry into the EHR. EHR Support Specialist are also required to maintain a clear line of communication with Clinical Staff and/or Supervisors in order to research, reconcile, and resolve any questions that arise concerning the Clinical Paperwork, EHR Database, MHWin system, or any of the On-going electronic Processes.

Requirements

Job requirements include:

  • High School Diploma required a 
  • At least 2 years of business experience.  
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an Electronic Health Record is required.  
  • Must be proficient in a variety of computer programs including MS Office.  
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.  
  • Must have excellent organization and attention to detail skills in order to track and prepare data accurately and timely.  
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.  
  • Experience with working in a PCE Electronic Health Record is preferred but not required.
