Data Integrity Supervisor

Are you looking for a rewarding career with family-friendly hours and top-notch benefits? We're looking for a qualified Data Integrity Supervisor like you to join our Texas Health family.

Work location: Will work remotely, however, must be local to DFW for on-site meetings/training

Work hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Education
Bachelor's Degree Health Information Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred or
Associate's Degree Health Information Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 2 Years REQUIRED
Experience
3 Years Health Information Management Services Information Systems, Computer Science, Billing, Business, Privacy, Fraud investigation or related or related is REQUIRED and
Leadership experience REQUIRED
Licenses and Certifications
RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician Upon Hire REQUIRED and
RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator Upon Hire preferred
Skills

       Knowledge of complex acute care hospital Health Information Management operations including Revenue Cycle, Data Integrity Documentation Compliance and HIPAA privacy requirements.

       Knowledgeable in HIM processes in an electronic health record environment.

       Strong interpersonal, verbal presentation and written communication skills.

       Ability to initiate action, meet goals, and produce results through effective supervision of employees.

       Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees as well as internal and external customers.

       Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

       Ability to troubleshoot, isolate and lead issues to resolution.
