We are growing fast, and we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Americas Revenue team.
POSITION SUMMARY
LiveU is seeking an experienced Americas Operations Manager to lead all operational activities across the Americas region, our largest and most strategic market.
Reporting directly to the VP Global Operations, based at LiveU's global headquarters, this role serves as the operational leader for the Americas region and a key member of the global operations management team and a member in Americas management team.
The position will lead a the AMR regional operations team, manage external service providers, and drive operational excellence while maintaining a hands-on approach when needed. The Operations Manager will be responsible for regional fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, repair operations, and customer-facing operational support. It serves as a key partner to Sales Leadership, ensuring successful execution of customer commitments, strategic opportunities, major events, and business growth initiatives.
STRATEGIC IMPACT
The Americas region represents LiveU's largest market and customer base. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth while serving as the senior operational leader for the region. The position offers significant visibility across the organization and close collaboration with global leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
  • Lead all operational activities across the Americas region.
  • Manage a team including Technical Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics functions, as well as offshore operational support resources.
  • Own fulfillment performance, inventory availability, logistics execution, and customer delivery.
  • Manage third-party repair and refurbishment partners.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to support customer opportunities, deployments, escalations, and major events.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary operational leader for the Americas region.

$130,000 - $155,000 / annual

  • 7+ years of operations leadership experience
