Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales leadership through operational planning, process improvement, reporting, and sales performance initiatives. This role will partner closely with sales management and cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations while supporting business growth objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining sales-related data, supporting reporting and analytics, coordinating projects, and helping optimize sales processes and systems. Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations Support

  • Provide operational support to sales leadership and cross-functional business teams.
  • Coordinate and support projects focused on improving sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and maintain sales activity data to support business objectives and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
