The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Cash Management Department.

Provides WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services.

Assist with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development.

Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services; performs customer setups; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority.

Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations.

Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.
