ROLE: Operations Manager (PT) Hours: Part-time Location: Candidates must be based in Michigan. OUR MISSION Make communities more responsive, so they are safer, healthier, and more equitable for the people who live in them. Numinamakes a hardware and software platform that uses computer vision to help urban planners and municipal governments design better (safer) streets and public places.

Serve as a connector within the organization, and drive key projects to operational maturity. Act as the main point of contact for our work in Michigan. Identify - and secure - opportunities to expand our work in Michigan.

Meet with external parties, alongside or instead of company leaders such as the CEO, to represent Numina's value, capabilities, product, and interests to potential and existing partners. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identifying and solving for gaps and inefficiencies. Work with high-priority customers to ensure successful project execution.

Operations Project operations - ensure that all project reporting and invoicing is streamlined as we execute against grants and other funded projects. Team operations - be a team & culture champion, celebrate team wins, lead all-hands meetings, and ensure Numina is upholding our values through every layer of our operations. We encourage women, people of color, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and others from underrepresented backgrounds to apply. We are backed by investors including betaworks, Shasta Ventures, Elemental Excelerator, URBAN-X (MINI BMW), and accomplished entrepreneur-angels. Past projects have been supported by The Clinton Foundation, The Knight Foundation, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

We expect people to be autonomous and drive their own work to completion. We're scrappy and frugal. We've built our product at a sustainable pace and have always been pointed toward profitability.

As a growing company and startup, work priorities may shift as customer or business requirements change. We strive to empower individuals with context and decision-making power to meet this need. #J-18808-Ljbffr
