As a Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with business users, technology teams, and testing partners to understand system functionality, define and document requirements, and support high-quality delivery of system enhancements. This role requires someone who can quickly learn new applications and business processes, identify how system changes impact users and downstream processes, and contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts. You will help troubleshoot issues, validate system behavior, and ensure solutions meet business, technical, and functional expectations.

    • Estimated Salary: (levels have variable skills and qualifications)
      • Business Systems Analyst III: $75,000 - $83,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
      • Business Systems Consultant I: $83,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
      • Business Systems Consultant II: $95,000 - $110,000, plus annual bonus.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Quickly learn new systems, business processes, workflows, and data flows to support analysis, documentation, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, user scenarios, process impacts, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, test plans, test scripts, and other supporting materials throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support quality delivery by performing system validation, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to manual and automated testing for enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Communicate findings, risks, requirements, and testing outcomes clearly to business partners, technical teams, and leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Quality Analyst, or similar role supporting business and technology initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience with automated testing platforms or tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, Postman, UFT, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, understand complex workflows, and translate system functionality into clear business, functional, and testing documentation.
  • Experience creating requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, test scripts, or other project documentation in an Agile/Scrum or iterative delivery environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting manual and/or automated testing activities, including validating system changes against business, technical, and functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage details, ask effective questions, and collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Prior experience working in insurance, financial services, group benefits, or other highly regulated industry.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems, system integrations, data exchanges, or production support processes.
